Trevor Noah had people in stitches when he joked about the conspiracy theories that Taylor Swift had been receiving in the past few weeks as a result of the ongoing Republican fury against her.
Noah also took a dig at the NFL's continuous coverage of Swift whenever she attends the Kansas City Chiefs' games.
Trevor Noah Joked About Taylor Swift, NFL Coverage
During his opening monologue, Trevor Noah gushed about how star-studded the night was last Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena for the 2024 Grammy Awards.

Noah joked as Taylor Swift moved through the room, "the local economy around those tables improves," alluding to Swift's "The Eras" tour economic boost in whichever state or city she goes in on plays at.
"Lionel Richie is now Lionel Wealthy," he quipped as Swift walked past Richie's table.
At one point, Noah also doubled down on Swift, whose star power certainly added glitz to the event.
"Can I just say something? I think it is so unfair how NFL fans have been complaining about the cameras cutting to Taylor Swift, like she's controlling the cameras at the games," Noah went on to say. "Let her live, let her live. In fact, tonight, on behalf of Taylor, I'm gonna give her a break. Every time they mention Taylor Swift, I'm gonna get revenge."
Noah cheekily instructed the camera team to cut to someone who plays football whenever Swift's name is called, prompting them to focus on former San Diego Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles star-turned-actor Terry Crews.
"Ooh, you like that, Terry Crews?" Noah joked. "You better fix your face, Terry! We're watching you all night, Terry!" he quipped. "We're watching you all night - no relaxing for you!"

Trevor Noah Snipes On Taylor Swift CIA, MAGA Conspiracy Theories
After the NFL dig, Noah continued his banter with Crews, now sniping on the numerous conspiracy theories that Republicans throw at Swift.
"Do you work for the CIA? Oh, by the way, I can read lips [Terry]," Noah jokingly threatened. "Watch what you say."
The Pentagon recently squashed the absurd rumor that Taylor Swift is a secret Pentagon associate who pulls the strings on the NFL's upcoming Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs. (via Politico)
Far-right personalities are alleging that Swift would attend the Super Bowl, orchestrating the Chiefs win and she would endorse President Joe Biden for the presidency.
