Justin Timberlake is gearing up for a musical comeback, but fans of his ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears, are not about to let him move on without suffering the consequences of his actions from over two decades ago.

The "Oops I Did It Again" singer revealed in her memoir "The Woman in Me" that she terminated her pregnancy with Timberlake's baby.

She detailed how the former *NSYC boy bander noted he was "not happy about the pregnancy," especially during the height of both their careers.

Following the bombshell revelation, Spears' fans made it their mission to make sure Timberlake's career crashes and burns and his upcoming comeback a flop.

According to reports, it seems like the fans' efforts are working. A source said, "Justin is really not happy with how things have gone down. He wanted [his new] music to speak for itself, but that's clearly not happening."

In fact, the backlash and hate has gotten so bad that Timberlake and his team have considered having an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

"His comments on stage have only added fuel to the fire," an insider told Daily Mail UK. "The idea of a sit-down chat with someone like Oprah Winfrey was floated months ago and is now back on the cards."

Britney Spears 'Overshadowing' Justin Timberlake's Comeback?

Timberlake dropped the first single, "Selfish," off his upcoming album, "Everything I Thought It Was," but it performed poorly compared to Spears' song also titled "Selfish" which ended up atop the iTunes chart.

This allegedly left Timberlake "seething."

"Justin had hoped the backlash [from Spears' memoir] would've blown over by now so that he could focus on his new album, which he's very excited about, but every day is something new," a source said.

Justin Timberlake Rejects Britney Spears' Apology

While her fans are coming after her ex, Spears, on the other hand, does not want any bad blood between herself and the "Can't Stop the Feeling" hitmaker.

"I wanna apologize for some of the things I wrote about in my book," she wrote in an Instagram caption.

"If I offended any of the people I genuinely care about, I am deeply sorry," she added before promoting Timberlake's new song. "I also wanted to say I am in love with Justin Timberlake's new song, 'Selfish.' It is so good - and how come every time I see Justin and Jimmy together, I laugh so hard?"

However, Timberlake, on the other hand, seemingly rejected the apology by saying, "I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely f**king nobody" during his concert.

Netizens were so offended by Timberlake's recent statements that they do not want the Tell-All with Oprah at all.

"Urging him to do a tell-less."

"Only thing this loser needs to talk about is trolls like unless it's about branch he needs to shut the FAWK up."
