Jesse McCartney opened up about having a "clean image" and preventing public meltdowns in Hollywood.

With decades of career, the "Beautiful Soul" singer has witnessed celebrities who got into trouble while working in the industry. Fortunately, he managed to prevent it from happening to himself.

Jesse McCartney Shares Experience in Hollywood

Speaking during an interview with E! News, McCartney shared how lucky he is he did not suffer from major public meltdowns and stressful moments.

"I've been able to maintain a relatively sane and normal life considering all that has gone on, particularly at that age," he said, thanking his family and friends for helping him achieve his peace.

"Of course there's things I went through that I think any normal teenager would go through, just in a public way, but I don't have any regrets."

He continued, per OK! Magazine, "I wouldn't trade any of it. And it was well worth it, considering this is many people's dreams as a kid and was definitely mine. So, my dreams came true. It's one of those crazy clichés, but they really did."

McCartney has released hit tracks over the years, but his "Beautiful Soul" reportedly began having a more special meaning as it "crossed over into a new generation."

He dropped his most recent track, "Make a Baby," featuring Yung Gravy.

"To be clear, we're not pregnant. But it's something we've discussed," he went on. "The general idea of keeping something alive is very scary to me. We've done a pretty good job with our dog, but it pales in comparison to the responsibility of taking care of a human child."

Peterson has been featured in several shows like Graceland, Girls Gone Dead, Step Up Revolution and The Glades. McCartney proposed to her in 2019 after their meeting at a bar where she was working at. At the time, the crooner was celebrating his best friend's birthday but saw his now-wife and began dating her.
