Megan Thee Stallion was accused by one of her former cameramen of a hostile working environment and sexual harassment.

The rapper's legal camp has now denied the "salacious" accusation thrown against her.

Megan Thee Stallion Legal Camp Denies Cameraman Lawsuit

In a statement to Page Six, Megan Thee Stallion's lawyer, Alex Spiro, reduced the cameraman's lawsuit as an "employment claim for money."

"This is an employment claim for money - with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her," he said. "We will deal with this in court."

Videographer Emilio Garcia has thrown shocking accusations against the Grammy-winning rapper. Among those was that the rapper allegedly fostered a toxic workplace environment during Garcia's employment with her.

As of this writing, Megan Thee Stallion has yet to comment on the accusations personally.

Cameraman Forcibly Watched Megan Thee Stallion Have Sex

According to Entertainment Weekly, Megan Thee Stallion was named in Garcia's lawsuit. The complaint was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court and also named Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc., Hot Girl Touring, and Roc Nation.

Garcia accused Megan Thee Stallion and others of misclassifying him as an independent contractor, eventually denying him protections under California law, including overtime pay in excess and health care benefits.

He also pointed out in the complaint that when Roc Nation changed the compensation structure in 2022, his time expectations and job demands remained the same but with significantly less pay, even prohibiting him from working with other clients.

Perhaps the most scathing allegation that Garcia threw was that during a night out in Ibiza, Spain, in 2022, he was forced to watch Megan and three other women have sex in a moving SUV. The encounter allegedly left Garcia "embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal."

At one point, Megan Thee Stallion even fat-shamed Garcia after calling him a "fat bitch" and telling him to "spit your food out" and "you don't need to be eating."

Ron Zambrano, the lawyer who represents Lizzo's former dancers, also represents Garcia.

"Megan just needs to pay our client what he's due, own up to her behavior, and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct. Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. 'Inappropriate' is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal," Zambrano said in a statement.
