Over the weekend, Luke Bryan made headlines after he slipped on a phone during a concert, and he joked that his lawyers would get in touch with the fan who owns the gadget. Now, the country star in giving more insight into the accident.

The singer has said that the incident might not have been caused by the phone. "I think it was just slick," he said.

"Ironically, last week, I was having back trouble to the point where I had to get a chiropractor to the room," he told Entertainment Tonight, adding that he loves cyclingwhenever he's in Los Angeles.

"When I hit the ground, I was like, 'Oh!' The first thing [I thought] was, 'Oh god, all the work I did to get my back feeling better is out!'" he recalled while laughing.

Luke Bryan Clarifies On-Stage Fall

Later on, the musician gave more insight into the slickness of the stage, saying that when he watched the video, there could be another reason for his fall, and it might've been water from a bottle that spilled on the stage.

"I think a water bottle may have spilled," he said, adding, "But whatever, it was slicker than a banana peel. Thankfully, it's a cheap way to get a viral moment going."

The musician used the opportunity to promote his song, saying he needs "viral moments" and adding that people should listen to his new song, "Love You, Miss You, Mean It," because he "busted" his backside for it.

Luke Bryan is currently traveling across North America for his Mind of a Country Boy Tour. His next show will be in Saskatoon, SK, at SaskTel Centre on Wednesday (April 24).

He's also set to visit cities such as Orange Beach, Bristow, Grand Rapids, Endicott, Cleveland, Omaha, St. Louis, Idaho Falls, Los Angeles, and Kansas City. His final show on the tour will be on Sept. 14, at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa.

The singer will be accompanied by several support acts, such as Chayce Beckham, Tenille Arts, King Calaway, Ella Langley, Kameron Marlowe, and others.
