Pop stars balancing parenthood and performance take center stage as Meghan Trainor gears up for her first tour in seven years, seeking parenting advice from none other than Kelly Clarkson.
Trainor, set to dazzle audiences once again, plans to take her children on the road, prompting Clarkson to offer sage guidance gleaned from her own experiences juggling kids and concerts.
The "Made You Look" hitmaker recently dropped by The Kelly Clarkson Show, where she shared her plans to bring her children, three-year-old Riley and nine-month-old Barry, to her upcoming series of concerts this year.
Clarkson didn't hesitate to share her advice as she's also a parent to two children, saying, "I'm gonna warn you, I tried thisI tried this, and it was fine with the one kid, but when you went out, when you tried with two - and then I had dogs, too - I was like, 'What do I... who do I think I am?'"

Since Trainor said she would bring her children on tour with her, Clarkson's piece of advice for her is not to wake up when the kids do, which is early in the morning.
"I have one tip for you... especially with your kiddos, you feel like you have to wake up with them... Don't do that."

The Voice coach added that let the children wake up with someone else, and Trainor should sleep in as long as she can because waking up early could affect her vocals for her concerts.
"You're gonna be super mom by showing them how amazing you are on stage and that's the time you need for yourself in the morning," Clarkson added. (via People Magazine)

Elsewhere in the interview, Trainor mentioned that when she announced the dates of her two-month tour, many fans asked when she was going to the United Kingdom.
She clarified that she and her team are trying their best to add more dates and see if they "survive."
Meghan Trainor will embark on a tour again after seven years, as she unveiled her tour dates across North America, billed as Timeless Tour, in support of her upcoming album of the same name.
The singer will kick off her series of shows at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, OH, on September 4, 2024, before visiting cities across the United States and Canada.
Her last show will be at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA, on October 10, 2024.
