Fan clearly love the budding romance between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, and rumors have been swirling about a potential proposal from the Kansas City Chiefs' star tight end.
Sources suggest that there is increasing pressure on Kelce to pop the question. The couple, who made their relationship public in September 2023, is reportedly at a stage where a proposal would be fitting, according to insiders.
"They've been together almost a year now, and they're madly in love, so it makes sense that they'd be discussing marriage," the source told Life & Style. "The big moment -- and the ring -- needs to be super special."
When it comes to mustering the courage to propose to the 14-time Grammy winner, the three-time Super Bowl champion appears up for the challenge.
According to the insider, "Travis is a 'grand gesture' kind of guy, so no matter what or when he finally asks her, it will be an experience that they'll remember forever."
With no clear schedule for their engagement in sight, Kelce revealed his upcoming trip to Europe to stand by his girlfriend during the next phase of her Eras Tour.
During a recent episode of the "Like a Farmer" podcast, Kelce's pal James Winchester reminisced about a heartwarming incident during the first game Swift attended.
The September 2023 game was a home game for the Chiefs, at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. Winchester, the Chiefs' long snapper, chatted with Kelce about the pop star's presence at the event.
"My first response was, 'That's pretty cool,' so I walked up to Trav in the game and we were on the sideline and I just said, 'Hey man, that's cool she's here.' He's like, 'Wait, what do you mean? Did they put her up on the Jumbotron or something?'"

Jay White, the assistant equipment manager for the team, delivered the announcement.
Winchester said, "Jay just told me right there. 'That's awesome, man, good for you.' He's just kind of smiling, like, kind of blushing."
Winchester was particularly impressed by Swift's charm.
He explained, "Later on, we're walking up the ramp and him and her go get in the cart, so we're walking by and made some jokes to him on the way."
"Later that night, [we] got to meet her and the first thing she said [was], 'Hey, you're the guys with the cute kids,' because we had my son and daughter out on the field. I'm like, 'Dang, I think I just became a T Swift fan.'"
Kelce and Swift made their first public appearance as a couple during the Chiefs-Bears game last year and were captured leaving the event together.
The "Fortnight" singer continued supporting Kelce by attending 12 more games, including the 2024 Super Bowl. Their relationship has only grown stronger since that victorious moment, with sources sharing that Swift is confident she has found her true love.
Another insider who spoke to Life and Style magazine said of Kelce, "He loves her, and he's made it clear he feels incredibly lucky to be the guy who finally gets to worship her like she deserves."
