Camila Cabello successfully performed in front of thousands of fans at Glastonbury over the weekend, but her set almost didn't happen as she initially wanted to quit performing at festivals after a certain disaster from a previous event.

The singer spoke with Bizarre, revealing that her set at the annual music event had a "huge crowd."

She also noted that she gets nervous performing at these kinds of stages because "it's not necessarily people there who are coming to see just you," adding that she always expects the worst, but she was surprised when the crowd was warm and engaging.

"It was hot, so I could completely understand it if everyone was cranky and had had their arms crossed," she added.

Cabello then recalled performing at the Isle of Wright, saying it was "difficult," and it came to a point where she almost quit performing at festivals because of that.

She also remembered coming from Denmark before Glastonbury, where she landed at six a.m. before her performance.

Although she wanted to party and watch other acts around the venue following her show, she couldn't because she "would have literally passed out. I was exhausted."

However, she was able to make up for it on Tuesday as she partied in London for a liquor brand's event.

In other updates, Camila Cabello released her new album C, XOXO, which features collaborations with Playboi Carti, Lil Nas X, Drake, and many more.

In an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, she revealed how her two tracks with Drake came to be, saying it all started when she messaged him on Instagram.

"I think we have a lot of the same taste, and lyrically as well. I actually slid into his DMs too, and I was like, 'I've been listening to you so much for this album,' a lot of the wordplay and my aspiration for bars," she said.

They later conceptualized the song "Hot Uptown" and chopped the track up to sound like a duet. The outro part was then reworked, but they decided to make it a completely different song, so "UUUgly" was released.

"I don't want to hear a song like 'Hot Uptown' and then have it go into this one minute thing where he is talking his s***, so we decided to just make it another song," she added.
