Ariana Grande fans the possibility of embarking on a tour while in between the two Wicked films.

Grande revealed to the Shut Up Evan podcast that she wants to go on tour and meet her fans again while waiting for the release of the two Wicked films.

"I still want it, too," Grande confessed to the idea of possibly embarking on a mini tour soon. "I think it would be a really lovely idea to be able to trickle in some shows in between the two Wicked films. I think there's a version of that that exists."

However, she assured people that her hypothetical tour wouldn't follow the traditional route of how other artists do it. According to Grande, it would likely be a "mini sampling of shows" for a "multitude of reasons."

"I do think it'd be really nice to do that," Grande noted. "..And it's something my team and I are working on coming up with options for."

While nothing is set in stone as of this writing, Grande's fans can look forward to listening to Eternal Sunshine (Deluxe). However, the Grammy-winning singer disclaimed that the upcoming project would not be a "super deluxe" album but would feature some of the tracks she recently wrote, recorded, and produced.

"I'm really just tempted to put a creative button on this storytelling and I have a lot of ideas," Grande elaborated. "And when I have a lot of ideas, I just have to follow them."

Grande also confirmed that the album wouldn't be out "any time super soon," as she still wants the original album to "live in this current state a little while longer" as she works on the deluxe "as special as it can be."

"I have specific ideas, and I'm going to take my time to make them beautiful and perfect and then we'll see," she confirmed. "I'll let it be a surprise!"

Meanwhile, the release of Grande's Wicked: Part 1 has been moved to Nov. 22, 2024, on the same day as Gladiator II will be released. Grande plays Glinda the Good opposite Cynthia Erivo's Elphaba. Academy Award-winning actress Michelle Yeoh will play Madame Morrible, Jeff Goldblum as The Wizard of Oz, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero Tigelaar, and Ethan Slater, Grande's boyfriend, as Boq.
