One of the biggest stories in rock this year has been the meteoric rise of Cincinnati four-piece band Walk The Moon on the back of their single, "Shut Up and Dance," that has persistently remained near the top of the iTunes download charts and the Billboard charts for the past several months. The group released their second major label album, Talking Is Hard, in December and it has been nearly as big a hit as "Shut Up and Dance." They have been touring around the United States constantly over the past several months, riding the wave of their recent success. Today, the band announced that they will be heading back out on the road this fall for another United States tour titled the "Talking Is Hard" tour which will hit some smaller markets that may not have been reached in their first few attempts.
The tour kicks off in October with two weekends in Austin, Texas for Austin City Limits before heading out for nine dates across the United States in cities like Orlando, Miami, Charlotte and capping off in San Francisco.
A Live Nation pre-sale starts May 14 at 10 a.m. local time and ends at 10 p.m. local, with general on-sale beginning May 15 at 10 a.m. local time.
