President Barack Obama has faced a lot of ridicule since he first took office. Though many people have had a lot of derogatory things to say about him, none have ever been professional broadcasters--until now. Fox News anchors Stacey Dash and Ralph Peters took it upon themselves to tell viewers and the President exactly how they really feel about the Commander in Chief in lieu of the recent terrorist attacks. They sound off on Obama and attack him with insults, with Peters calling Obama a p*ssy and Dash also stating how she feels.
This wouldn't be the first time that Dash's opinions have shocked and even offended some, but she may have gone too far this time. At least, some network executives believed so, and suspended her for two weeks, according to Rolling Out.
So, what exactly did she say? She expressed, in her own opinion, how President Obama doesn't really "give a sh*t" about terrorism. According to the site, during Sunday's broadcast of Fox News, Dash was asked to speak on what she thought of Obama's recent Oval Office speech on terrorism.
"I felt like he could give a sh*t," she responded. She then excused herself for her language and attempted to clean up her response by saying "he could care less."
Meanwhile, during the Fox business broadcast on the same day, Peters expressed similar sentiments as Dash in his comments about the President as well.
"We're furious. We want to see you to react, we want you to do something," Peters stated during his rant to President Obama, according to USA Today. "...This guy is such a total p*ssy," Peters described of President Obama to Fox's Stuart Varney. Varney pointed out how such language would not be tolerated on the air, prompting Peters to apologize, but still standing firmly on how he feels toward Obama and terrorism.
"My choice of words was incorrect, but my sentiment, I think is shared by many," he explained.
Both Dash and Peters have since been suspended by the network for a two-week period for their comments against the President and both tweeted how they felt about it.
Peters also responded according to USA Today, by tweeting, "Don't worry, I'll be back"
