More people are discovering the music of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, Jungkook in the Philippines. Shazam named Pasay City in the Philippines as the area that used the music app to identify "Mic Drop" the most anywhere in the world. Jakarta and Ambon in Indonesia come second and third on the list.

In the United States, Los Angeles has been "shazamming" the chart-topper the most. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Grand Prairie, Texas have also been discovering the music of arguably the hottest k-pop group right now. Shazam reports that "Mic Drop" has most activities in the East Coast and the Midwest with some activities in the West Coast.

John Cena And BTS At The Kids' Choice Awards

Since their rise to superstardom, BTS has gained a major following across the world, counting even major musicians like Troye Sivan and the Backstreet Boys as fans. Last week, wrestler John Cena outed himself as a member of the BTS Army.

At the Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday, March 24, the 40-year-old, who hosted the ceremony, went onstage to the "Mic Drop" remix to kickoff the show.

BTS was nominated and won the Favorite Global Star category at the Kids' Choice Awards.

For everyone who has been following the seven-member pop/hip-hop group, the John Cena connection does not come as a surprise. As ComicBook.com mentioned, the wrestler-turned-actor has been posting about the k-pop group on Instagram.

And the feeling is mutual. BTS seems to be a fan of the WWE legend with Jungkook, in particular, referring to himself as Jeon Cena as a joke.
