Pink is standing up against trolls who criticize her appearance. On Twitter, the singer calls out a hater who said she has grown "so old."

Pink Shots Down Troll

On Wednesday, May 16, a Twitter user who uses the handle @huachinango83, commented on a link published by 102.7 KIIS-FM about a 12-year-old whose talent stunned the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter. Victoria Anthony, from Vancouver, sang a rendition of "Perfect," a 2010 track, in front of Pink herself during her "Beautiful Trauma" tour.

However, while many were equally astonished by the girl's undeniable talent, the Twitter user noted about Pink's appearance.

"Wow Pink looks so old that should be named Purple instead," he said.

An hour after the tweet was published, Pink herself responded by saying that she loves her appearance because it is a testament to the incredible life she lives.

The chart-topping artist has been in the music industry for quite some time. She had her big break in the early 2000s and released several hit singles including "Lady Marmalade," "Get The Party Started," "Just Like A Pill," and more.

Her more recent work is Beautiful Trauma released just last year.

Needless to say, fans loved her response. One commenter theorized that Pink will continue performing until she is 80.

Pink Versus Body Shaming

This, of course, was not the first time that Pink was criticized for her appearance. ET pointed out that in 2015, Pink had to address criticism regarding her weight after a photo of her surfaced on the web.

In a tweet, she said she loves her body even it is not exactly ideal based on Hollywood standards. She also quipped that she is not going to stop eating cheesecake despite the controversy surrounding her weight.
