Dua Lipa has admitted that she has made some significant lifestyle changes as she goes on her 81-date world tour.
In an interview with The Sun, the "Levitating" hitmaker revealed that she quit smoking before her "mammoth world tour" to boost her voice performance.
She had already finished the final date of the tour's UK leg, but she revealed how she got laryngitis as a result of her frequent smoking.
"I experienced laryngitis in December, which pushed me to quit smoking a month earlier than I was meant to." But I did it, and I'm sticking to it."
"I have this habit tracker on my phone where every night I mark off all the positive things I have done for my body and things I have done for myself," the 26-year-old English singer and songwriter explained.
Dua Lipa says she now feels "invincible" onstage as a result of what she has done to herself, and she now combines good workout techniques to stay in shape for the grueling tour.
The "Kiss and Make Up" singer reportedly spent a lot of money on a personal yoga instructor who would join her on tour.
Furthermore, the London-born performer revealed on her "At Your Service" podcast that performing on stage gives her a different type of confidence.
She enjoys the sense of excitement and claims to be high on adrenaline. Dua, on the other hand, does not always feel assured.
"There are periods when I am on stage every night and, sure, I am fairly exposed, and I am dancing and singing, and I feel like I have to work out and be incredibly healthy in order to feel good about myself," the "IDGAF" singer admitted.
This is why Dua prefers to do activities that only make her happy and boost her confidence.

Dua Lipa attracted attention to herself in February after separating from her long-term management company just nine days before embarking on her world tour.
She allegedly ended her contract with Ben Mawson and Ed Millet's TaP Management, and it is not yet known if she is in talks with other management firms.
Dua also split from her boyfriend Anwar Hadid in December after they apparently had trouble keeping their romance going due to their clashing schedules.
