Steve Aoki has proved that he is one of the most in-demand DJs through the years, as nightclubs are always packed whenever he's performing a set. However, a shocking incident happened during one of his recent shows.

According to TMZ, the renowned music producer was performing at DAER Nightclub in Hollywood, Florida, when he accidentally fell off the stage.

In the video circulating online, Aoki appeared to be hyping up the crowd on stage. Upon returning to his booth, he accidentally slipped and fell. His face can be seen almost hitting his turntable.

After the incident, the show must go on as he got up just in time to continue his next song, and it seems like the DJ wasn't hurt.

Celebrities were also present at the event, like Dennis Rodman, Sommer Ray, Vernon Davis, and Shaggy.

Renowned boxer Ryan Garcia was invited on stage to have a square-off match with Aoki. The boxer punched the DJ jokingly before the latter threw a cake at him.

According to his website, the music producer will hit Feria de Puebla next for another show before performing at other big events until his last date at Wake The Giant Festival 2022 in September.

This isn't the first time Aoki got involved in an accident during a concert, as he injured a fan in 2012.

Per BBC, the woman named Brittany Hickman fractured her neck after the producer crowd-surfed his fans using an inflatable boat at the Hard Rock Cafe in San Diego.

Hickman filed a $10.7 million lawsuit against Aoki and the venue.

The "Waste It On Me" hitmaker's representative issued an apology to Hickman, writing, "Steve would never want anyone to get hurt at one of his shows and is sorry Ms Hickman did."

After she got injured, the victim reportedly suffered from impaired memory, vertigo, migraines, and slowed mental processing.

The statement continues, "after they reached a confidential settlement, they had the chance to speak, and Steve got the chance to apologize."

Aoki assured the victim's camp that his future shows would be safer.

Throughout the years, the DJ has been popularly known for his highly energetic crowd, as well as bizarre ways to entertain them like crowd surfing and throwing cake at fans.
