Jane Marczewski, popularly known as Nightbirde, amazed the world with her incredible talent after auditioning for "America's Got Talent." However, she passed away a few months ago, which devastated her family and fans.

Today, it has been announced that the singer will be releasing a new song posthumously in honor of her memory.

Her family took to her official Instagram account to share the surprising announcement as well as revealing the release date of her upcoming song.

"May Jane's legacy live on through the hope she continues to give others, not only in her words but also in her music," they wrote.

Nightbirde's new song will be released on July 4 alongside a "very special tribute to Jane."

In the post, the family also included an essay titled "God on the Bathroom Floor," which was initially posted on her official website.

This wasn't the first time her team and family have released posthumous music, as they previously dropped her song "Brave" on YouTube earlier this year.

The recent announcement comes almost a year after Nightbirde was forced to leave "America's Got Talent" despite getting a golden buzzer from Simon Cowell.

In a social media post, the singer, who suffered from cancer in the spine, lungs, and liver, said at the time that her health was declining and needed all her energy and attention.

"I am so sad to announce that I won't be able to continue forward on this season of AGT. Life doesn't always give breaks to those that deserve it-but we knew that already," she wrote.

In February 2022, Nightbirde died at the age of 31 after battling her health condition.

Her family issued a statement, saying her cancer spread to her liver, lungs, and spine.

"It is with the deepest heartache that we confirm that after a four-year battle with cancer, Jane Marczewski, known to many of you as Nightbirde, passed away on Feb. 19, 2022," they wrote.

In a separate statement by her sister Katelyn Marczewski to The Sun, she mentioned that her sibling left a legacy of hope and strength that "came from her faith in Jesus."

"We can't always change our circumstances, but in the words of Jane, we are worth more than the bad things that happen to us," she added.
