Push-T has some great news for fans! The rapper revealed in a new video that he's currently working on something special for his supporters' delight. He also gave an insight about his next move in his music career.

According to a video posted on Spotify's official Twitter account, the 45-year-old hip-hop artist said he's working on "an extremely special project" at the moment. However, he refused to spoil fans as he didn't give any teaser and clarified that he's not "going to get into" it now.

However, when asked about what's next for him, he said it's going to be all about music and "staying competitive" and showing the public that there is a space for him in the hip-hop industry.

"And that what I do in hip-hop is the most credible space and takes the most talent...and is just... the realest," he added. (via Complex)

His last album was released earlier this year and it garnered positive reviews from critics. The project featured some of the biggest hip-hop artists in the industry like Pharrell Williams, Lil Uzi Vert, Kanye West, Jay-Z, and many more. The album placed number 1 on the Billboard 200 charts.

Pusha-T's 'It's Almost Dry' The Peak of Art in His Entire Discography?

Speaking to the outlet about his previous album earlier this year, the rapper said "It's Almost Dry" served to "heighten" the art of his entire music catalog.

Pusha-T noted that the album is all about legacy, being great, and making sure that street rap is "seen at the highest levels."

He also noted that the subgenre could compete with every other music style in the music industry.

"This is the realest real estate in hip-hop, and I'm the Martin Scorsese of it," he added.

In a previous interview with NME, the rapper proved his love for music by staying committed to it, saying he could make music for the rest of his life.

Explaining what he said, the "Let the Smokers Shine the Coupes" hitmaker said a lot of great musicians in the past "didn't stand the rest of time."

Although they were iconic in the past, he doesn't know if people still appreciate them today. Now, it's his time to show that "rap doesn't have to age out" and he wanted the public to see him as someone who could do music forever.
