Yesterday, "Heartbreaker" singer Justin Bieber reportedly "caused quite a scene" when he showed up for a lunch date in Beverly Hills with model Ashley Moore. The young couple was turning heads at the popular French boutique, Bouchon. But is this the start of a real relationship for Justin and Ashley or is the 20-year-old model just another girl on the "Baby" singer's long list of brunette babes he's been linked to since splitting with Selena Gomez?
"All eyes were on Bieber and his girl - the two caused quite a scene when they walked into the restaurant," a source explained.
Moore, who has been linked to Justin's BFF Lil Twist in the past, reportedly walked into the restaurant before the international superstar was escorted in by his bodyguard. Perhaps that is why a scene was caused?
It should also be mentioned that Justin also took some time out of his drive to the restaurant to hand a homeless person a wad of cash. Though Justin gets some bad press for his attitude and such, we should remember that he is pretty charitable. In fact, this week marked his 200th "Make a Wish" wish fulfillment!

The Biebs just wrapped a string of North American "Believe" tour dates and now has about a month off from performing before he has to hit the road again for more tour dates. It looks like he has been enjoying his personal time with Moore!
Mstars recently reported on a brawl in the Hamptons tat Justin was invovled in. Here is an excerpt:
One witness to the fight described what happened: "Justin left the club with two waitresses. But the guys on the next table were not happy. One of the waitresses... was flirtatiously wearing a bow tie, which one of the guys on the next table had loaned to her. As she got into Bieber's SUV, the guys chased her out, saying they wanted the bow tie back. Bieber's security pushed back, and a scuffle started. As Bieber and his team drove away, someone threw a rock at his car. Bieber jumped out of the sun roof and got on the hood of the car, while his security knocked the guy to the floor."
