The 2023 Webby Awards Winners have been announced, and after a triumphant rise to No. 1 with "Kill Bill," SZA is being honored with a special achievement award for her impact on the internet.

Among other recipients of the awards were Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Selena Gomez, Toby Nwigwe, Doja Cat, Lizzo, and even BLACKPINK.

SZA is taking home the Webby Artist of the Year and Webby Special Achievement Award. Noted for ruling the Billboard 200 Albums chart for ten nonconsecutive weeks atop. The R&B songstress is awarded for her "true intention and consideration" that she injects into her music and her "ingenious" use of the internet to share her art. (via Billboard)

Grammy Best New Artist Nominee Toby Nwigwe will also be awarded at the 2023 Webby Awards with a Special Achievement Award for his "innovative" use of the intent to create art, which can clearly be seen on his album "moMints." He is also being lauded for his role as Nick on "Mo," a Netflix series.

"Black-ish" star Tracy Ellis Ross is receiving a Webby Lifetime Achievement Award for telling "multidimensional" stories of Black representation in the Beauty industry. She has been dubbed as an "ingenious" force on the internet.

"Under The Desk News" will also be receiving a Special Achievement Award for making news accessible and understandable as they used the platform TikTok for their simple yet hard-hitting and synoptic reporting.

The creator of Emoji, Shigetaka Kurita, will be honored with the Webby Lifetime Achievement Award for changing the game of how people communicate online.

Meanwhile, Christina Aguilera received recognition for her music video "Beautiful," Selena Gomez for Rare Beauty, Doja Cat for her Taco Bell advertisement, Lizzo for Big Grrrls, and Rihanna for the Savage x Fenty Show Vol. 4 fashion video. Korean acts like BTS won My BTS Story for Best Community Engagement, and YouTube x BLACKPINK won Best Partnership for #PinkVenomChallenge.
