In the wake of his divorce from Sophie Turner, it has been reported that Joe Jonas is appealing to his brothers in the band for a respite from their intense tour schedule.
For months, the 34-year-old singer had been traveling with his brothers Kevin and Nick; however, an insider recently commented that since his divorce with the "Game of Thrones" star, he has "fallen into a state of depression."
The Jonas Brothers' recent concert in Lexington, Kentucky, may have fallen short of audience expectations due to the pain and suffering of one of its stars. Reports suggest that his heartache has taken a toll on his performance.
"It's as though he had trouble even putting on a smile," according to an eyewitness who spoke with the National Enquirer.
Reports of Joe's disheveled appearance were confirmed by an audience member who said his locks were so lank it seemed he hadn't had a shower for days.
Additionally, Joe is claimed to have shoved away his mic during their rendition of "Hold On" while they hit the line, "When you love someone, and they break your heart, don't give up love, have faith, restart."
While it is evident that Nick and Kevin are doing their best to fill in the gaps, the news has spread quickly that Joe wants to be elsewhere.
This has only been furthered by stories from individuals close to them suggesting that Turner may have written a tell-all book painting Joe in an unfavorable light. It is believed this would leave him feeling even more dispirited.
Reports suggest that Nick and Kevin Jonas are worried about their brother who is keen to take some time off to try and rekindle his inspiration.
