Kanye West was named in another assault and battery lawsuit after allegedly harming a fan who asked him for an autograph.

The incident in question reportedly took place in downtown Los Angeles in 2022. A news outlet exclusively released a video that supported what the court documents said about the incident two years ago.

Kanye West Sued Again

As seen in the clip, a man stays on the pavement while West shouts at a woman who tells him she is her family.

"You were supposed to talk to her!" he responds before the disagreement continues. A 2022 report said the woman was the Yeezy founder's cousin.

According to the alleged victim, West shouted "I'm going to make a f------ example of you" at that time. When he asked for an apology, the "Jesus Is King" rapper questioned him before allegedly striking him repeatedly. The incident reportedly left the fan gravely injured.

The fan is seeking damages through the assault and battery lawsuit, alleging that West caused him emotional suffering.

West has yet to respond to the new lawsuit.

Kanye West Previously Assaulted a Paparazzo

Months after the incident, West reportedly hit another victim in January 2023.

The paparazzo, named Nichol Lechmanik, filed the lawsuit with her lawyer, Gloria Allred, to share how traumatic the experience was for her.

"He reached into my car as if he was going to hit me. He grabbed my phone out of my hand and then angrily threw it into the street," the paparazzo said during the press conference, as quoted by AllHipHop. "He caused me so much fear, I have not been able to be the same since then. His actions have interfered with my ability to work."

Lechmanik reportedly drove closer after noticing West and another photographer seemingly having a heated interaction near the facility.

West was reportedly attending a sporting event with Kim Kardashian at Sports Academy in Newbury Park, Calif., when the incident occurred. A video of the incident also went viral, according to several reports.

In a separate incident in 2013, a man named Daniel Ramos sued West for allegedly assaulting him outside the Los Angeles International Airport. They reached a settlement afterward.

West was named in another 2008 case for attacking a person outside a U.K. nightclub. He was arrested but released without a charge afterward.
