Is a Tupac and Cardi B music on the way?

In recent weeks, Katt Williams has captivated the comedy world with his controversial remarks, targeting prominent figures like Steve Harvey and Ludacris.

Now, the spotlight is set to shine on his latest endeavor in the music industry, where he boldly asserts his involvement in a special project: collaborating with Cardi B on a posthumous Tupac album.

In an exclusive interview on Suge Knight's podcast, "Collect Call," Katt delved into the rumored project.

Suge, the music mogul who continues to produce the podcast from behind bars, where he is serving a lengthy sentence for manslaughter, provided the platform for Katt to shed light on the subject.

"What you got going on with some of those unreleases with 'Pac. Shit, you got me excited," Suge told him.

"The different people you said you're gonna put on there. I don't wanna let the cat out the bag, but it's unbelievable."

Katt, unfortunately, chose to keep the details under wraps.

However, the host was able to extract some information from him. Katt revealed that a total of eight highly acclaimed artists have been handpicked to make their contributions to the project.

"I heard Cardi on the project with you, is that true?" Suge questioned, to which Katt answered, "Absolutely. Absolutely."

The ex-CEO of Death Row Records expressed high admiration for Cardi B, making a bold comparison.

"In my eyes, she's like the modern-day Tupac, but in female form."

Katt echoed his thought and also acknowledged the potential synergy between her and Tupac.

"It's as if her presence adds another layer to the legacy of Tupac. Each individual who contributes to this project becomes a fragment of his spirit, thus creating a cohesive whole."

Since the death of Tupac in 1996, a total of six records have been released posthumously.

Surprisingly, one of these albums, namely "Loyal to the Game," produced by Eminem and released in 2004, has not escaped the critical remarks of Suge Knight.

"There was only one Tupac project that ever flopped before. And that's the one Eminem did. All the rest of them were successful," Suge said.

"But the thing is, is this. I know you care about [Tupac] and you push for him all the time."

The album that Suge Knight mentioned is a compilation of previously unreleased tracks by Tupac and it was exclusively produced by Slim Shady.
