The NDA, which Page Six was able to obtain on Wednesday, states that prior to the religious ceremony, family members and friends must consent to sign the form.
The legally binding agreement permits the ex-couple to even inspect and confiscate all smart gadgets such as telephones, Apple Watches, and tablets to avoid them being used for taking unwarranted photos of the kid and then circulating them on social media.
The document, which was submitted to the court earlier this week, also forbids guests from making any "disparaging statements" - either written or verbal - about the 34-year-old musician.
The contract stipulates that anyone who breaks it will have to pay a whopping six-figure fine.
