Nicki Minaj is known to be pretty possessive of her position as the "Queen of Rap," and she has directed her sights at another rap star who just dropped a new single, Megan Thee Stallion.
According to reports, the "Super Freaky Girl" hitmaker shared a snippet of an unreleased, untitled song on her Instagram Live that is seemingly directed at Megan Thee Stallion.
"Bad b***h she like 6 foot, I call her big foot. The b***h fell off, I said get up on your good foot," Minaj raps.
She seems to be referring to Thee Stallion, whose foot was shot by fellow rapper Tory Lanez in 2020; the latter was later charged and convicted for the attack.
Netizens Call Out Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion Diss Track
Minaj probably thought netizens could rally around her after Thee Stallion released her new song "Hiss," which also seemed to include lyrics that throw shade at Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty.
"Leave it to Nicki to bring down another woman that was assaulted by a man...." One wrote.
"The foot jokes are so tired."
"She's bullying a woman for being shot in her foot and y'all gagging over it? What a cruel world we living in."
"I don't care what ANYONE tells me. And I love Nicki, I do. But, there is NO reason to go there and especially to beef with someone 10+ years younger than you. I get it, it's rap music. It's the genre. And it still makes you look like a terrible person. This line is genuinely SO distasteful," another added.
Meanwhile, there were others who called out the "Body" rapper for starting the drama with "Hiss."

Megan Thee Stallion Calls Out Nicki Minaj, Kenneth Petty
Thee Stallion's new song includes the lyrics "These hoes don't be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan's Law/ I don't really know what the problem is, but I guarantee y'all don't want me to start."
According to reports, "Megan's Law" refers to the federal law requiring law enforcement to make information about registered sex offenders available to the public.
Petty happens to be a sex offender; he was convicted of the first-degree attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl. He was served time for the crime for four years.
In 2020, he failed to register as a sex offender, which resulted in a $55,000 fine, and was sentenced to three years probation and a year of home detention.
