Travis Kelce and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, were victorious in their match against the Baltimore Ravens over the weekend, which means they will be competing at this year's Super Bowl on February 11.
According to Variety, Taylor Swift was present during Sunday evening's match to show her big support for her boyfriend and fans were left in awe as they share a sweet kiss on the field.
Since the Super Bowl is a big deal to football teams, and of course for Kelce, fans have been wondering if the pop star will have a chance to watch the annual sporting event as she will be on the other side of the world performing for her supporters.
The Super Bowl LVIII will be on February 11 in Las Vegas, but there could be a possible conflict as "The Eras Tour" in Tokyo will be on February 10.
Fans have been sharing their thoughts about the situation on social media and shared their suggestions as to how Swift could watch the game even after her concert.
Fans Reference an Episode of 'The West Wing'
The outlet noted that there have been Swifties who referenced an episode of "The West Wing" released in 2001 as they truly believe that Swift can watch her boyfriend play for his team.
For context, the South and North Poles have the international date line, a boundary between one calendar day and the next.
When a person travels going east over the line, the date decreases by one day, then when they do it the opposite way, the date moves forward by one day.
Can Taylor Swift Make it to the Super Bowl?
Since Swift is traveling to the east, it means that she will still have a chance to make it to the Super Bowl after she performs in Tokyo on Saturday night. She could still rest for the night after the concert and hop on a 13-hour flight as long as she left before 6 p.m. from Tokyo.
If that happens, the pop star can land in Las Vegas before 3:30 p.m.
Another perk that the singer has is she has a private aircraft which makes it easier for her to have a direct flight.
As of this writing, it's unclear whether the mega-pop superstar will attend the Super Bowl as she's yet to confirm it online or with any other publication.
