Although Travis Kelce hasn't proposed yet, his mother has for him! -- in a way, at least. In the eyes of Swifties, this is it.
Taylor Swift supported her beau Travis Kelce during Sunday's Chiefs vs. Ravens playoff game by donning a variety of endearingly symbolic jewelry, such as an EB & Co. ring ($14) that has a little replica of the tight end's jersey. And Emily Bordner, the owner of the Kansas City company, claims that a shipment to the NFL player's mother, Donna Kelce, was the catalyst for everything.
"We gifted Donna some [styles]. We know that she loved our earrings," Bordner told KMBC. "We wanted to gift her even more Kelce-themed products. So, we sent those to her and then we were hoping that she would give them to Taylor. And she did."
Bordner's sales have skyrocketed ever after Swift hit the suite donning her symbolic ring. "It immediately went on fire. Everything is insane."
The site apparently slowed down because there were so many people on it. We sold out of things immediately," Bordner said. "It was just absolute chaos, but it was very exciting. So, this is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime thing."
Both Swift's actual ring and a replica inspired by quarterback Patrick Mahomes' jersey are presently available for preorder. The identical jersey charms are now available at EB & Co. as earrings ($22) for antsy customers who can't wait. A set of huggies with Swift and Kelce's faces is also available for $22.
Following his placement on one of the most influential ladies in the world, Bordner is now concentrating on fulfilling an influx of orders as fast as possible.
Swift flashed a diamond tennis bracelet from Wove that read "TNT" - for Taylor and Travis, of course - and the brand's head jeweler, Kendall Junck, later confirmed was a gift from the football player to the pop star.
The tiny red jersey ring wasn't the only thoughtful accessory Swift wore on game day.
For some, the two might as well be married, given all the love their relationship is receiving - worldwide. Tony Romo himself is confused if the two are already married.
Since Swift began dating Travis Kelce, Romo and broadcast colleague Jim Nantz have covered many Kansas City games. Romo hasn't held back when expressing his enthusiasm for Swift and the fresh dynamic the couple has brought to the team, the defending Super Bowl champions.
Romo, the former Cowboys quarterback, may have gotten a little ahead of himself because of his enthusiasm, as he repeatedly referred to Kelce and Swift as a married couple.
