In just one post, Gwen Stefani refuted allegations that she and her husband, Blake Shelton, were experiencing marital problems. In all honesty, rumormongers have just been waiting for her to finally address the breakup allegations. She finally did, thankfully!
For months, people noted that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were spending more time apart, which sparked rumors regarding their romantic status. Gwen, 54, put them to rest on Monday when she shared a photo of the couple cuddling and grinning at the camera from a Polaroid photograph.
She sketched a heart and wrote in purple, "Never knew a love like this," on the Polaroid.
Gwen and Blake got married in July 2021, but many people assumed that they were having marital problems because they seemed more preoccupied with their jobs. They are also failing to post one another on their social media, which in today's time and age - means everything about a relationship status!
Gwen has been concentrating a lot of her time on her makeup brand, GXVE Beauty, and she recently revealed that she will be performing at Coachella this spring with her former band, No Doubt.
Blake has been concentrating his attention on his upcoming tour, Back to the Honky Tonk, which is scheduled to begin in February, as well as the launch of his restaurant and bar, Ole Red, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
When Blake, 47, announced that tickets for his forthcoming Oklahoma show were now available, some commentators speculated that his extended on-stage presence might be the result of domestic issues.
One user commented on the post, saying, "I won't want to go because he should be trying to make his marriage work before more concerts."
After sharing a photo of himself with 29-year-old Lauren Alaina while filming the second season of his bar-themed celebrity game show, Barmageddon, the God's Country singer received similar feedback last week.
Someone said, "You need to start spending time with your wife before you lose her." "Gwen did a mistake trusting you," another one also said.
Apart from this obviously good news, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani aren't waiting to begin organizing their Super Bowl snack lineup. In collaboration with TikTok and the NFL, Stefani will headline a pregame performance on February 11th prior to Super Bowl LVIII.
She tells PEOPLE that she and Shelton "are already discussing the food" for their special Super Bowl Sunday. "It's really about that and the drinks and how are we going to indulge? And I said to [Blake], I was like, 'Why are we even having this conversation? You know that I'm going to blow it in the first 15 minutes. I'm going to blow through the seven-layer dip and I'm not going to be able to fit anything else in my stomach, and I'm going to be so mad the rest of the day,'" Stefani says with a laugh.
