Taylor Swift was featured in a group photo that Travis Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce, uploaded as her Facebook cover. If this is not the sweetest thing a future mother-in-law can do....
As they watched Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs struggle to a 17-10 victory against the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship game this past Sunday at Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium, Donna, 71, was spotted in the group photo with the Grammy-winning musician, 34.
Set in a suite at the stadium, the group photo included Swift's well-known friends Cara Delevingne, 31, and Keleigh Sperry, 31, in addition to Travis's father Ed Kelce.
According to People, Kelce's friend Ross Travis, an NFL tight end who spent five years in the league and played for five different teams, including the Chiefs, uploaded the picture to his Instagram Stories on Monday. Within the group photo, Donna was positioned on the left, and Swift on the right.
In the picture, Donna was wearing her son's jersey with jeans, while Swift was wearing a long-sleeved red sweater with a black skirt.
The Chiefs' triumph on Sunday made it possible for the franchise to return to the Super Bowl.
They will play the San Francisco 49ers on February 11 in Las Vegas, with a lot of attention focused on Swift's attendance. Donna gave Swift a ring last Sunday that was a replica of Travis's Chiefs jersey with the number 87. Swift wore it to the game.
The jewelry was made by Kansas City-based company EB and Co. Emily Bordner, the creative director and owner of the business, told the local ABC affiliate KMBC that Donna had already expressed interest in their work and that Swift had been sent some of the other Chiefs-themed jewelry that Donna had sent them.
At the game, Donna wore earrings from the same company as Swift's ring, which went viral on a TikTok video that the NFL published. Bordner claimed that her company's sales have increased significantly as a result of the Shake It Off singer wearing her product, which garnered enormous attention.
Meanwhile, the beginning of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's romance was recently been made public! The Kansas City Chiefs tight end claims that when she came to his game on September 24, 2023, against the Chicago Bears, the two had already been getting to know one another for a few weeks.
"We had known each other for close to a month up to that point," Kelce, 34, shared during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show Wednesday.
Kelce revealed on The Pat McAfee Show three days before to Swift's attendance at the Chiefs-Bears game that he "threw the ball in her court" and had extended an invitation for her to watch him play. He disclosed on Wednesday that when he made that statement on the broadcast, he already knew she would go see him perform.
