Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Facing Their ‘Biggest Test’ As A Couple Yet

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce is one of the biggest and most important couples in the planet right now.

After Swift made history at the 2024 Grammys, Kelce is expected to take the Chiefs to victory at the upcoming Super Bowl - making them the strongest power couple yet.

However, Taylor Swift rushing to go to the Super Bowl in Nevada from her "The Eras" Tour in Japan isn't their biggest obstacle as a couple yet. Well, that's what body language expert Judi James claimed.

Travis Kelce recently said in a press conference ahead of the upcoming Super Bowl that he was "fortunate" to have watched his new girlfriend Taylor Swift receive her 13th Grammy Award, announce her new album, and even make history after winning her fourth Album of the Year Grammy.

"Fourth time, setting a record, which was pretty amazing," he told reporters on Monday.

The Mirror described Kelce's response to her girlfriend's wild success to be "indifferent" as many were also surprised that Swift didn't mention Kelce in her acceptance speeches.

Body language expert Judi James revealed to the outlet that this "might have been the biggest test of the Swift/Kelce romance to date."

"Kelce's body language seems to have the dials set on suggesting it's no big deal that they are apart while she celebrated possibly the greatest achievement of her life," she said in her analysis. "His achievements are always shown by Taylor to be her achievements too as she stands watching him play, going through every celebratory ritual in her repertoire."

Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Needs To Define Their Relationship

James pointed out to the outlet that the couple needs to decide which kind of relationship the couple wants - is it going to be a private or a public one?

"Now they've established their feelings for one another the past few days have been a test of how they will make their relationship work in practice, given the separations and their two very diverse types of stardom," she continued. "Fans don't expect a superstar of Taylor's level to be looking lonely. It might just be careers separating the loving couple right now but Travis's hunched body language and casual shrugs here give no hint that he is bridging that vast relationship gap via any public behaviors or statements of his own."

James also added that Kelce's pride in Taylor Swift should be made public in the same way that the pop star celebrates his triumphs as seen in her reactions to his games. She also hoped that the couple would find ways of "constant communication" especially since they have to be separated because of their careers.
