Taylor Swift almost suffered a fall at her Eras Tour's Tokyo, Japan, stop.
On Friday night, Swift serenaded her fans at her latest Eras Tour stop in Japan before jetting to other cities and countries for her international tour. But at one point in her performance, she nearly tripped and fell but ultimately assured fans she was okay.
What Happened to Taylor Swift?
Fans posted videos from the show, including a clip of Swift tripping and nearly falling while walking down the stairs during her "Folklore" set.
According to the "Anti-Hero" singer, the experience felt like "life flashed" before her eyes.
"I almost fell off the Folklore cabin, but I didn't and that's the lesson. My life flashed before my eyes, yeah, no, I'm good. It's all good. Everything's fine," she said. "Everything's great! I'm just so happy that I didn't fall off the folklore cabin, you know what I mean? What a great night in Tokyo!"
Swift told her fans it happened while she was taking off her harness.
While the "Bejeweled" hitmaker was safe from the fall, her fans expressed their concerns and relief at the same time.
"doe [sic] she have a safety belt?? that's dangerous," one X user said.
Another said, "I'm really glad that she wears that safety harness strap because if she didn't have it and she lost her balance just a little more that could ended in a nasty fall."
"Easy going Taylor they say many accidents happen in our homes," another added. "So walk around that cabin gingerly. You are probably a little tired so rest while you can. We love ya."
Before the Friday incident, Swift also dealt with other similar experiences, including losing her mark during a performance that involved chairs.
The "Love Story" songstress will play more shows across Asia, Australia and Europe until August.
Taylor Swift To Give Fans Gift
Before her Eras Tour in Tokyo, Swift attended the Grammy awards where she announced her upcoming studio album, "The Tourtured Poets Department."
"I want to say thank you to the members of the Recording Academy for voting this way. But I know that the way that the Recording Academy voted is a direct reflection of the passion of the fans," she said. "So I want to say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret that I've been keeping from you for the last two years, which is that my brand new album comes out on April 19."
She posted the cover on her Instagram page after delivering her acceptance speech.
