Kanye West has once again stirred up controversy with his recent appearance on Veeps and amid the release of his new album "Vultures 1."

This time, the estate of the iconic "Queen of Disco," Donna Summer, has taken offense.

Kanye West Legal Showdown

In a recent statement released on Donna Summer's official Instagram page (per Billboard), the singer's estate made a noteworthy announcement.

Kanye West reportedly approached them seeking permission to utilize Donna's iconic track, "I Feel Love."

However, his request was met with refusal.

"Kanye West asked permission to use Donna Summer's song I Feel Love, he was denied ... he changed the words, had someone re-sing it or used AI, but it's I Feel Love ... copyright infringement!!!"

This comes before Sharon Osbourne took to her social media platform to share her thoughts of Kanye West's unauthorized sampling.

In a public outburst, Ozzy Osbourne expressed his strong disapproval of the Chicago rapper on the social media platform X (previously known as Twitter).

Ozzy said on the platform, "@kanywest ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF "WAR PIG" FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS & WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY."

"HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT."

"I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN!"

Vultures 1 Out Now

Kanye West and his collaborator Ty Dolla Sign recently captivated a packed audience at the United Center in Chicago in a stunning turn of events.

The occasion? A highly-anticipated listening party for their latest project, "Vultures 1."

Unfortunately, the live broadcast was abruptly paused by Veeps as Kanye confidently declared, "And I'm still crazy, bipolar, antisemite, and I'm still the king."

It has also been announced that Kanye West and Bill Maher's interview, hosted on HBO's "Club Random" podcast, will not be released due to the controversial and offensive statements made by the rapper. These were deemed to be antisemitic in nature.

The incident follows closely after Fox News' Tucker Carlson conducted a two-night special interview with the rapper-turned-Yeezy entrepreneur.

After displaying such behavior, numerous establishments have declined to schedule performances for Kanye.

He just utilized Instagram to share a video in which he expressed his frustrations regarding the lack of opportunities to perform.
