Calling all Vampire Weekend fans! The group will be holding a massive tour across North American cities this year, and as a big surprise for their fans, they just released two new songs; check out all the details below that you wouldn't want to miss!
According to Consequence, the band will hold their "Only God Was Above Us" tour starting at Moody Amphitheater in Austin, Texas, on April 8, 2024.
They will also visit major cities across the United States and Canada like San Diego, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Houston, Seattle, Lincoln, Toronto, Raleigh, New York, and many more.
In addition, Vampire Weekend will also appear in some festivals like the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, Primavera Sound in Barcelona, The ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park, and more.
The band will not be alone as they will be accompanied by several supporting acts like Ra Ra Riot, Cults, The English Beat, Maya Rudolph's Prince cover band Princess, Mike Gordon of Phish, and Billy Joel tribute act Turnstiles.
Vampire Weekend Tour Tickets + New Songs Released
To those who are interested in watching the band perform their classic hits as well as newer ones, Live Nation will hold a ticket pre-sale on Thursday, February 22, 2024 (use the code ENERGY).
The rest of the tickets will be available for purchase on Friday, February 23, 2024, via Ticketmaster.
Vampire Weekend is set to release a brand new album titled "Only God Was Above Us" and to give fans a taste of the new record, the band dropped two new singls titled "Capricorn" and "Gen-X Cops."
