Kanye West shocked both of his critics and fans when he flashed a smile to let the world know about his new $850,000 titanium dentures.

This is one of West's most recent fashion antics that has since received polarizing to negative reactions from people on social media.

Kanye West Titanium Teeth A 'Kissing Nightmare'

As Kanye West's teeth continue to become an issue, especially after a part of his upper lip seemed to be protruding as an effect of the metal dentures, expert dentist Dr. Safa El Naher, explained to The Mirror the consequences his teeth would bring to his married life.

"Oh, kissing would be a nightmare. I feel very sorry for his wife. I mean, it's quite obvious, massive metal chunks at the front of the mouth, there's going to be nothing pleasant about that," she revealed.

"The dentist who made them has said that basically it is a permanent denture and that he has had to not remove teeth but prepare the teeth, which means cut down the teeth somewhat," she added.

El Naher also revealed that the denture would run the risk of damaging his teeth nerves which may ultimately result to having "nerve problems" which also need root canals.

"If they were removable grills then you could take them off and you could clean the teeth underneath and you can put them back in. The fact that this is fixed, you can't do any of that," she pointed out.

Even eating and speaking properly could be a difficulty for Kanye West because the teeth are "quite thick at the front."

"The dentist has a responsibility to the patient I think. Really important that this kind of irreversible treatment is such a bad idea, she concluded.

Kanye West Lip Bump Explained

Fans were worried about the lip bump on Kanye's mouth after he got the titanium dentures. Apparently, it's called a Cupid's bow.

"Kanye has always had a prominent cupid's bow and upper tubercle tissue, so I do not think we're looking at tissue overgrowth," New York celebrity dentist Dr. Clement Kairouz told Page Six.

Kairouz added that based on the photos, West got a "fixed bridge" which "does not respect natural oral anatomy" or "leave space for soft tissue." The doctor further explained that adding the bridge was "over-protected" which pushed his upper lip forward.
