Bethenny Frankel is addressing any potential animosity with Travis Kelce about remarks she made about his relationship with Taylor Swift.
Ed Kelce, Travis Kelce's father, in response to her comments about his son being a "peacock" who "loves to be the center of attention," labeled Frankel a "troll" on Facebook.
This prompted Frankel to respond on her podcast, "Just B with Bethenny Frankel."
"Travis Kelce's dad called me a troll," she started the segment.
"I do actually understand and admire a parent coming to their child's defense, particularly when asked about it. I just wish he would have expressed an opinion versus just a verbal insult, because, you know, as we teach our kids, it's better to express yourself than to just criticize."
"I was saying usually there's only one peacock in a relationship, and I dated a guy like that that was very over the top and very loud and gregarious and like needed to be the center of attention," she clarified.
"And I stand by that. I think that's who Travis is. I did not mention him pushing his coach, which is a physical expression versus using your words and having a conversation, which is kind of like what his dad did," she added.

"He used an insult instead of using his intellect," Frankel added. "So, the Swifties can come for me, but I'm going to defend myself. I have said that they were in my Mount Rushmore of couples, the two of them. I mean, they're on top of the world. They're both very successful. I've said that I literally think he's a peacock, and there are two peacocks in this relationship, and it usually doesn't work."
Frankel added that the Kelce patriarch entering the discourse is "just funny." "It's sort of like the kids getting into the drama on the Housewives, or the husbands," she said. "It's just a little absurd, but it's making headlines; so sorry, not sorry."
Frankel first made her observations about Kelce in an Instagram makeup application video last month. "It's hard, because Taylor Swift is certainly a peacock, so there really usually can only be one peacock in a relationship," she said. At the time, Swift did not bother to respond.
But Swifties themselves are now concerned why she's not reacting to this brewing feud. Does she somehow agree with Frankel's observations of Travis Kelce's behaviors?
Thing is, for weeks now, insiders and experts have repeatedly said that there's something wrong with Kelce and Swift must be careful. If their relationship would go bust however - sure, Swift will cry and be heartbroken, but Kelce's whole career can go bust.
In fact, experts said that if Swift will be wronged, Swifties will make sure Kelce will regret it. If they broke up, Kelce's "caveman" behaviors would be to blame definitely. His dad defending him would be perceived in a bad light also.
Frankel's "peacock" comments are not without basis too.
Marketing experts suggest that Travis Kelce has the potential for a successful and profitable entertainment career because he's loud and his presence cannot be denied, provided he maintains a good relationship with Taylor Swift.
The 34-year-old Chiefs tight end is preparing to establish himself in Hollywood alongside his successful football career. Kelce and his crew are contemplating movie possibilities, creating unscripted programs, investigating comedic prospects, and seeking commercial sponsorships.
The Wrap has reported exclusively that many prominent filmmakers, such as "White Lotus" producer David Bernad, have been traveling to Kansas City throughout the football season to discuss a reality show with Kelce, which he aims to produce and star in.
