Jelly Roll is set to travel across different cities in the United States for his arena shows this year, but before he kicks off his first show, the musician warned fans about something that might get them in trouble; what could it be?
The singer took to his official Facebook page to share a lengthy message to his supporters about the tickets for his show being sold by scalpers at a higher price.
"Hey y'all! I've seen a lot of comments and messages about tickets for the Beautifully Broken Tour- I want to take a moment to give y'all the facts as I know them to be," he began.
When the musician posted his warning, tickets had yet to be released, but he was confused as to why there were third-party websites who are already selling them.
Jelly Roll Wants His Fans to Have Cheaper Tickets
The country star said there were cases where fans got their tickets from third-party platforms like Stubhub, but he warned them that if they did, they "paid way more than you could've gotten them for at pre-sale."
He added that tickets for his concerts start at $39.50, and he wants to ensure they will not be expensive as he wishes fans could afford them.
"I know what you go through to get the tickets, a babysitter, a ride to the venue, pay for parking, get a hotel room, buy merch- it all adds up and it's not always easy. I see you and appreciate y'all... I will always keep tickets affordable for my fans," he added. (via Taste of Country)
Later in the post, Jelly Roll said fans should be careful of scalpers as some sell tickets for as high as $3,500.
To conclude his statement, the singer advised fans to visit his website, Jellyroll615.com, to see the actual prices of the tickets for his shows.
