Tish Cyrus is a mom to some of the famous musicians in the industry, like Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus, and more. She is also the ex-wife of the famed country star Billy Ray Cyrus. However, she recently revealed regretting about her parenting skills back in the day and noted that she might have been a better mother if she smoked weed in the past; why is that?
Appearing on the "Sorry We're Stoned" podcast, which she co-hosts with her daughter Brandi Cyrus, the matriarch revealed that the use of marijuana might have helped her do her job as a mom to her five children that she shared with Billy Ray.
She noted that she "didn't smoke pot" when she had kids and didn't start smoking until she was 46 years old.
"And so I think I would've been a better parent if I would've smoked then. I think I would've been... like, I don't know, school projects, I would've felt more fun," she added. (via Billboard)

Tish then noted that when she started smoking, she didn't get up and "smoke a whole joint," but she liked to "take a couple puffs" every day.

She also opened up to Andy Cohen and revealed that there was a time when Tish threatened to quit as her manager and start her own weed company.
In other stories about her usage of marijuana, Miley said in 2017 that she decided to quit at the time because she wanted to be clear and sharp as she geared up for the release of her album "Younger Now."
