Cyndi Lauper Sold Her Music Rights To Pophouse
According to a People Magazine report, Cyndi Lauper sold the rights to her music to Pophouse, which was led by former Universal Music Sweden chief Per Sundin. The report said the acquisition was made to "create new experiences for her loyal fans.
The deal apparently included a majority share of her publishing rights and royalties from her recorded music. It doesn't include her Broadway music, though.
