Erika Jayne has been in the music scene since 2007, and at the time, her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, was by her side to support her along the way. Now that they're going through a legal separation, the singer revealed that doing things without him was hard, especially since she launched her residency in Las Vegas.
The musician spoke in an interview with People Magazine, where she noted that although she felt empowered doing things independently, the experience was "frightening," especially without her partner.
"Tom was someone I turned to for guidance on everything. He was a very big part of my life. I would really go to him and he would sort of talk me into feeling better, or push me to look at things a different way. And when you don't have that, you miss that," she explained.
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star said people might think it's wrong or right, or however they want to react. Girardi was still a person with whom she had a relationship for two decades, and it's something that she couldn't forget about quickly.

According to the outlet, Jayne's musical comeback was documented by Bravo. It will be released through a two-hour documentary, "Erika Jayne: Bet It All on Blonde," available for viewing starting March 6, 2024.
Elsewhere in the conversation, the singer reflected on her life in the present, saying that she's currently on a "tightrope and there's no net" because she has no husband anymore.
She added that since their separation, she has no one to guide her anymore, and she's currently navigating alone.
