Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Lawsuit Update: Amended Complaint Shows Rapper Assaulted Minor at 16

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been slapped with multiple lawsuits since November 2023. Both male and female accusers have doubled down on the rap mogul on similar accusations that they were sexually assaulted or raped, either when they were still a minor, intoxicated, or in a vulnerable state.

Now, one of his accusers filed an amended version of a complaint that was previously filed against him.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Assaulted 16-Year-Old Minor

In an amended complaint that Liza Gardner filed in the New York County Supreme Court, she claimed that when Sean "Diddy" Combs assaulted her in 1990, the state's age of consent was 17, and she was 16 years old at the time, making her a minor. (via People Magazine)

Gardner claimed in her initial lawsuit that Combs and his friend Aaron Hall took turns raping her and another friend after meeting them at the MCA Records' New York office.

At the time, she noted in her complaint that she was "coerced" into having sex with the two of them, but now, the amended version of the complaint says that she was "physically forced into having sex with Combs against her will."

More so, because she was a minor at the time of the assault, she was also not able to consent when she was given alcohol to consume by Hall and Combs.

"At the time Combs assaulted Ms. Gardner, she recalls feeling the side effects of the alcohol," the complaint detailed. "She recalls Combs mounting her, and forcing up her skirt, pulling her underwear to the side and forcefully penetrating her."

As if the disgusting act wasn't enough, when Gardner got up and dressed after Combs finished, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced them to have sex with him. The complaint also said that Combs was violent at the time, and he had choked Gardner until she passed out.

As of this writing, Combs has not yet reacted to the following new allegations.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Denied Allegations

Since the complaints came about, Sean "Diddy" Combs denied it.

"These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs' fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit," Combs' representative said in a statement at the time, casting doubt on the accusations. "The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations."
