After Mel B's heartwrenching confession on BBC about the challenges and difficulties she had to endure under the hands of her husband, Stephen Belafonte, a video of her being sexually harassed by music manager Louis Walsh on live television resurfaced online.
Walsh, a prominent figure in the United Kingdom and Ireland, has been criticized for his attitude and "disgusting" behavior.
Louis Walsh Groped Mel B on Television
As they were interviewed at the ITV2 spin-off show The Xtra Factor in 2014, former judges Mel B and Louis Walsh sat beside each other.
While host Sarah-Jane Crawford was talking, Mel B couldn't help but interrupt the whole conversation after realizing that Walsh was groping her backside.
An appalled Mel B was shocked by the encounter. She then kept a distance from the producer. Walsh said that he was only "looking after" her when asked about it.
Still in shock, Mel B told someone off-cam that Walsh was "inappropriate."
The Independent reported that Walsh addressed the situation back then, saying he only did it as a "joke."
"We'd be sitting there all day on the couch doing TV, and I just grabbed her a*** as a joke," he explained. "She was very funny and you could say anything or do anything to her and I loved her, so I would just grab her for a laugh but it's not PC anymore."
People have since slammed Walsh for doing such; many are still shocked now that it happened years ago.
"Here's the vid of Louis Walsh tapping and grabbing Mel. B's bum. Louis Walsh is disgusting!" a user remarked on Twitter/X.
"I cannot stand Louis Walsh. From when he sexually harassed Mel B on national Television. Disgusting entitled man. #cbb," another commented.
After that season, Mel B did not return to "X-Factor UK" while Louis Walsh returned after one season.

Mel B Physically Abused By Ex-Husband
The video of Louis Walsh groping Mel B on television came on the heels of the Spice Girl's interview with BBC, where she detailed the physical and emotional abuse she suffered from her ex-husband, Stephen Belafonte.
"I wasn't just emotionally and physically abused, there was all the financial abuse, too. I didn't realize that I didn't have as much money as I thought I had," she painfully remembered. "So I literally had to eat humble pie, live with my mum."
