Rebel Wilson is fielding rumors that Adele hates her.
She penned this thought herself.
To be fair, she said this is confirmed by Adele herself.
It's also not clear if Rebel Wilson is joking, given that there are other explosive claims made in the book with very serious undertones.
Adele Wilson Hates Rebel Wilson?
"Some actresses would get offended if I called them plus-size in this book, so I have to be careful with what I say. This is why, I think, Adele hates me," Wilson, 44, writes in her upcoming memoir, "Rebel Rising," in an excerpt obtained by InTouch Weekly.
She however, clarified that this is not something Adele told her directly. It was just something she felt from the way the singer was acting whenever their paths crossed.
"I am assuming, because to be fair I've never asked her," Wilson said. "There was a moment when she was bigger, and some people would confuse us for one another."

The "Pitch Perfect" actress and comedian claims that on the few occasions that she and the 35-year-old singer "Rolling in the Deep" came into contact, Adele "always quickly" looked away once she noticed Wilson was going to approach her.
Adele Does Not Like Being Compared to Fat Amy?
She added that she surmised Adele did not like her "Fat Amy" character in "Pitch Perfect."
"As if my fatness might rub off on her if I were near her for more than thirty seconds. That she didn't like being compared to 'Fat Amy,'" the actress wrote.
One can surely recall that once upon a time, both of them were in the plumper side; although both were successfully accepted in their respective fields despite the said heavier weight.
In recent years, both performers have experienced dramatic weight loss. Adele acknowledged losing 100 pounds in two years in 2021.
"Working out, I would just feel better. It was never about losing weight, it was always about becoming strong and giving myself as much time every day without my phone," Adele told Vogue in October 2021. "I needed to get addicted to something to get my mind right. It could have been knitting, but it wasn't."
According to Wilson's book, she started out in Hollywood as "the fat funny girl, making self-deprecating jokes," but after losing more than 80 pounds in 2020, people started to take her more seriously.
