Beyoncé Credits Jack White For Inspiring ‘Cowboy Carter,’ Gives Famed Producer Special Gift to Celebrate

Legendary music producer Jack White may not have worked with Beyoncé on her album Cowboy Carter, but the singer still remembered him and gave him a special gift, which he proudly shared on social media.

White took to his official Instagram account to share a photo of an arrangement of white flowers with a handwritten note from Beyoncé herself.

"Jack, I hope you are well. I just wanted you to know how much you insipred me on this record. Sending you love, Beyoncé," the "II Hands II Heaven" songstress wrote in the letter.

The producer expressed his gratitude to the musician in the caption, writing, "What a sweet gesture to receive here in Nashville this morning from the talented and gracious @beyonce celebrating her new Cowboy Carter album."

He praised the singer, saying she should keep making "beautiful and powerful music" as nobody sings like her.

Beyoncé Previously Worked With Jack White

According to Billboard, Beyoncé collaborated with Jack White years ago on her album Lemonade, released in 2016.

In an interview with NPR, the musician recalled that the two of them struck up a conversation, and Beyoncé told him that she wanted to be in a band with him.

A friendship started, and they began collaborating on the record.

"I've always loved her voice - I mean, I think she has the kind of soul singing voice of the days of Betty Davis or Aretha Franklin," he said at the time.

Beyoncé 'Cowboy Carter' Updates

The latest post comes after The Hollywood Reporter reported that Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter had a massive impact on Black country musicians.

Artists like Tanner Adell, Shaboozey, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, Reyna Roberts, and Willie Jones, who all appeared on the project, saw a massive bump in their streams on Spotify after the record's release.

Most of them received first-time listeners as high as 170 percent, like Spencer, while Adell and Roberts had 125 percent, and Kennedy had 110.

In addition to the musicians mentioned above, Beyoncé has teamed up with other artists, including Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, Linda Martell, and more.

In other updates, Beyoncé graced the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2024, where she was awarded the Innovator Award, presented by Stevie Wonder.
