Feid Wins His 1st Major El Premio ASCAP Award
While the "Normal" singer has won awards from the ceremony over the past years, the 2024 event paved the way for him to win the Composer/Artist of the Year - his first win in a top category.
Speaking with Billboard, Feid opened up about his upcoming album, Yandel, which he made two months after meeting his friend, Keityn, at a radio show in Los Angeles.
"I told him, 'Let's do an old-school album of five songs. I don't want filler tracks," he said. "I love to be inside the studio. It's the first thing I do when I get up in the morning. I may be the face of this project, but we're a team behind this musical project."
The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers is a membership association that honors the most talented music creators across the world.
Feid scored his most recent win ahead of his headlining world tour.
