Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit with a new lawsuit amid his current legal battles.
RadarOnline.com obtained the new legal documents filed by an event design group, naming Diddy, Phantom Labs, Inc. and tour manager Matthew Lupton in the lawsuit over a scrapped art project.
Sean "Diddy" Combs Sued Again
In the submitted documents filed by Raven Production Management Group, LLC, in New York on Tuesday, April 9, the group claimed PNHTM and Lupton "misrepresented their contractual relationship with Diddy and their financial arrangements."
They reportedly hired the event design group in August 2023 to construct and install a red cube as part of Diddy's unspecified project.
PNHTM reportedly instructed Raven to stop working on the project since Diddy postponed his schedule to a later date. The group was still supposed to receive $96,732 from PHNTM for the costs incurred, but it reportedly never got the payment.
"Raven performed its obligations under the contract by ordering materials and fabricating the cube. PHNTM breached the contract by failing to pay the agreed amount or to reimburse Raven for its costs of materials. As a result of PHNTM's breach, Raven suffered damages of no less than $200,000, exclusive of fees and interest," the company continued.
Raven seeks "no less than $200,000 for breach of contract, no less than $96,732.00 for fraudulent inducement" on top of the additional damages the defendants allegedly caused.
The group also wants them to pay for the costs and attorney fees in the legal battle.

Sean "Diddy" Combs Has More Things to Worry
Although Diddy got included in the recent lawsuit, he already has things on his plate amid a federal investigation into s-- trafficking allegations. The accusers came forward after his ex, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, launched a lawsuit in 2023.
"Mr. Combs would then instruct Ms. Ventura and the sex workers to speak to each other, and then would specifically tell Ms. Ventura where to touch the sex workers. Mr. Combs would say things like, 'grab that big Black d---' and ask her 'how does it feel?' as he directed her to perform for him," part of the lawsuit read.
They have since settled the case.
More women came forward to share their abuse experiences, but Diddy dismissed the claims all at once.
