In a recent interview with The Telegraph, Lindsay Lohan claims she was the one who wheeled Whitney Houston's dead body into an L.A. morgue following her death by accidental drowning. Back in 2012, the actress was performing community service at the morgue for violating her probation from drunk driving after a theft conviction.
"[Working in the morgue was] f'd up and inappropriate - because a lot of other people were meant to do it, and they were like: 'No, they can't handle it. Lohan can,'" she said. "It's different for me than it would be for other people - like, no one would really have to work at the morgue in LA and roll a body bag for Whitney Houston."
TMZ corroborated that the former child star was, indeed, working at the morgue during the time of Houston's death on February 11, 2012. However, a new report suggests that she might have been making it up.
Since publishing their original report, the gossip site says it spoke with an official from the Coroner's office who says Houston was never in a body bag and no one in the probation program came in contact with the famous singer's body. The official says that Houston was wrapped in plastic with a sheet cover while she her body was in the morgue.
If the Coroner's statement is true, it is uncertain why Lohan would make up that story, but she has said some strange things in the past.
