A Nashville insider commented on Morgan Wallen's arrest and how the singer has been acting like "nothing can happen to him."
Editor of a Nashville news source Jason Steen recently spoke to Fox News Digital following Wallen's arrest and the musician's continuous gigs after the incident. According to the insider, the locals were not shocked by the legal gaffe in which the country music singer was involved.
Morgan Wallen Acts Like "Nothing Can Happen to Him"
Steen noted that Wallen's antics were just "general downtown craziness" before adding that he was not surprised by his actions at all.
"He found it funny. There are several reports, even in the police reports ... you know, he laughed through it all. He was on top of the roof. He found it hilarious," he added. "He's kind of known as the King of Broadway when he's down there, and so he kind of embodies that."
The Nashville editor also shared how Wallen acts like "nothing can happen to him" and how if something does, he can always fix it. Steen mentioned that the "Last Night" singer had big scandals and arrests he managed to run away from.
Wallen and his representative have yet to respond to the latest report.
Steen informed Fox News Digital that Wallen is always in the entertainment district and can show up "randomly" whenever he wants to. Still, people should reportedly not expect major penalties for the incident.
"Those will be pled down to some disorderly conduct, I'm certain. He is not the first person to throw a chair off a rooftop in Nashville," Steen went on. "I don't expect anything to come of it, honestly."
Morgan Wallen's Career Goes On After the Incident
Nashville police confirmed on X that Wallen faced three felony counts of reckless endangerment, as well as a disorderly conduct charge after throwing a chair from the sixth floor of a Nashville bar.
WTVF's report cited an eyewitness who reportedly saw Wallen laughing after the incident. Wallen bonded out after his bond was set at $15,250.
According to People, visitors started dropping by the scene to see the chair Wallen threw.
After what happened, Wallen reportedly has plans to open a six-story bar, This Bar, in Tennessee.
