There's no stopping Swifties as they gather every clue they can about the upcoming Taylor Swift songs comprising The Tortured Poets Department.
Swifties discovered a detail at The Tortured Poets Department event in Los Angeles on April 16 that might hint more of what happened within the singer relationship with ex Joe Alwyn.

The hint?
A 72-box library card file unit, one for each of the six years, or 72 months, that Taylor and Joe dated until their April 2023 breakup, as reported by E! Online.
And that's not the only noteworthy aspect of the system of organization. Additionally, some social media users noticed that six of the boxes seemed to be open, which could represent significant occasions in their relationship's history.
Or her saying she's going to now air out what happened during those six years.
"sooooo, if this was the case, do [these] months say anything to you, guys??" one eagle-eyed fan commented. "10/2016, 12/2017, 10/2018, 9/2019 ,12/2019, 8/2021," the Swiftie added.
Another user wrote, "Now WHAT IF those open mailboxes were not chosen randomly and instead they point to an event that happened in those months? What happened on their 10th month together? Then on their 2nd anniversary?"
However, Taylor Swift is not one to just drop clues that straightforwardly and are that easy to guess.
Swift, who confirmed her romance with Travis Kelce in September and now all about showing how much she adores him, didn't stop at just one clue for Swifties to solve.
A variety of books in different formats featuring specific album song titles were also available at the event held at The Grove retail area in Los Angeles. In addition, a book in the showroom's middle was opened to a page containing the lyrics to an unidentified song.
'72 Months' of 'Waiting?'
The lyrics said, "Even statues crumble if they're made to wait."
Is she hinting that she was made to wait - 72 months? To do what? Get public with her relationship at the level she and Travis Kelce's relationship is at now? Or be proposed to?
We can only surmise.
With her eleventh studio album scheduled for release on April 19, Taylor has largely refrained from discussing what to anticipate, but she did previously reveal that the record was a "lifeline."
She said none of her first 10 albums can compare to the level of need she felt to complete this one.
"I needed to make it," the 34-year-old shared, during her Eras Tour stop in Melbourne. "It sort of reminded me of why songwriting is something that actually gets me through life."
Taylor added, "I've never had an album where I've needed songwriting more than I needed it on Tortured Poets."
