The increasing popularity of cowboy boots has been attributed to the recent entry of Beyoncé into the country music scene.

Following the highly anticipated debut of her latest chart-topping album, Cowboy Carter, sales of western footwear have experienced an impressive 24%increase in the past month.

According to Circana, a market research company, via CNN, "We can expect a resurgence in western style this year as a result of the aesthetic playing a prominent role in pop culture on the stage with Beyonce and Taylor Swift."

Following Beyoncé's successful 2001 hit with Destiny's Child song "Bootylicious," Levi's clothing brand experienced a surge in popularity. Now, the popularity has also been resurged was partly due to a collaboration between Beyoncé and rapper Post Malone on a "Levii's Jeans" track.

Since the album dropped on March 29, fans have been flocking to Levi's stores to snag denim jeans, denim jackets, and Western-inspired clothing.

Beyoncé also recently shared a photo on her Instagram wearing a complete denim ensemble after performing the lyrics "denim on denim on denim on denim" in one of her songs.

Beyoncé's Influence

In a clever nod to the mention of Beyoncé's album, the brand playfully altered its Instagram name to "Levii's."

According to the chief executive of the denim brand, "Denim is having a moment, and the Levi's brand is having a powerful moment around the world."

"I don't think there's any better evidence or proof point than having someone like Beyonce, who is a culture-shaper, to actually name a song after us."

According to recent data from Pass_by tracking customer foot traffic at retail stores, there has been a notable 20% increase in the number of visitors at Levi's stores during the week of Easter Sunday when compared to the average footfall during Easter weeks over the past three years.

Despite this positive trend, Levi's has not disclosed any specific sales figures reflecting the potential impact of Beyoncé's influence.

In Act II: Cowboy Carter, there was a noticeable boost in the sales of Western boots. This segment of the album showcased tracks like "Texas Hold' Em" and "16 Carriages," both carrying a distinctly Western theme.
