The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival announced a 2025 iteration following the success of its latest shows.
During the weekends of April 12-14 and April 19-21, the Coachella welcomed fans who wanted to see the performances of its headliners Lana Del Rey, Doja Cat and Tyler, the Creator.
Seeing how successful the festival was, showrunners announced the dates and information for the next edition.
What to Know About Coachella 2025
On X, Coachella shared a video of a moving Ferris wheel alongside the text revealing the 2025 edition's dates.
"Coachella April 11-13 & 18-20, 2025," it confirmed.
The organizers also shared that there would be an advance sale starting on May 3.
The other details, including lineup and performers, have yet to be released. However, there have been rumors about Dua Lipa headlining the next Coachella alongside Olivia Rodrigo.
Coachella 2025 will also happen in Indio.
"This is like the best spot at the festival. It's gorgeous," Dave Rat said, per Los Angeles Times. "Every year there's new challenges. I learn new stuff every year. We get to do things that have never been done, and on a big scale."
He added, "We've got people from all over the country and world that are the best or really darn good at what they do. We bring all this family together and get them on our team and deploy. And that's how we're able to be competitive with these much larger companies."
LE SSERAFIM Made Headlines After Coachella Performance
Among the performers, the K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM garnered criticism for their "disappointing performance."
Some also condemned them for trying to lip-sync their songs.
One said, "The fact that backtracks and lip syncing are banned from coachella yet HYBE still had to find a way around it cause of how horrendous they sound should be telling of the skill level concerning that group."
One said it's unfair that when bp uses backtrack and sings louder than the backtrack, fans will be quick to accuse of lipsyncing, but if it is le sserafim who does the same, fans will just call it vocals.
Before LE SSERAFIM, BLACKPINK made history at the festival by becoming the first Korean act to headline Coachella.
