In a crowded field of rap beef, Quavo and Chris Brown have hopped into a tussle of their own. A recent flop of a Quavo concert, which had a shockingly low attendance, is being attributed to Brown.

"Yo Chris Brown, Are you serious bro? I know you've got something to do with this," posted one attendee, @Keithdrumz, to TikTok. The video shows the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheatre, a Connecticut venue, with a miniscule crowd gathered in front of the stage. The venue can fit almost 7,000 people, but only a few hundred reportedly appeared.

Rumors swirled that Brown bought out the concert, preventing real Quavo fans from attending. With few fans in attendance, but no tickets for others to purchase, Quavo was stuck performing to a mostly empty venue.

"I know you called somebody to shut his show down. Where are the people? This is horrible... There's nobody here," continued the TikTokker.

Quavo and Brown's newfound fight is a follow-up to a conflict that began in 2017. The two originally clashed over Karrueche Tran, who dated both of the artists over the past decade.

Brown threw the first punch with a new song, "Weakest Link." The fiery attack on Quavo couldn't be more straightforward. There's no discretion in Brown's bars as he leans into a sound far from his usual chilled out R&B or high energy dance tracks.

"Quavo talkin' like he a thug, n---, you a bitch with dreads (You a bitch)/Can't wait to see the day that you back up all of that sh-- you said (You on)," raps Brown

He continues, telling Quavo to "Quit talking about drugs, you're the only pack I've been smokin' on."

He then calls Quavo the "weakest link out of your clique." The clique in question is his former rap trio, Migos. Brown continues, going as far as to say that fans wish it was Quavo who died instead of Migos' member Takeoff.

Takeoff was tragically killed in 2022 after a private party turned violent. The rapper was reportedly struck by a stray bullet.

"Weakest Link" then turns to a conversation about ex-girlfriends. Brown chides that it's okay that Quavo had sex with his "ex-ho/that's cool/I don't give no f--" because he hooked up with Quavo's ex "when you were still with her, bitch."

Quavo's ex in question is rapper Saweetie. The two had a highly publicized relationship for several years before a physical altercation in an elevator quickly led to a break-up, with Saweetie announcing that "there were simply too many other hurdles to overcome in our relationship." Saweetie has been dating fellow rapper YG since mid-2023.

The Migos rapper released his own diss track, "Over Hoes & Bitches," in response to "Weakest Link." The song employs the late Takeoff on its chorus, where he repeatedly calls the rapper a "pussy."

"Lil' bitch, come dance battle with my Drac' (Brrt)/You been f--ed your bag up when you punched Ri' in the face/Talkin' 'bout fashion week, you sparin' who? Come punch me in my face," spits Quavo. In 2009, Brown was arrested for assaulting superstar Rihanna.

Quavo threatens Brown, saying he has a bullet with the singer's name on it and commanding "Don't ever bring up Take."

Brown and Quavo's beef sonically paused one week ago when Quavo released "Over Hoes & Bitches." However, if Brown is truly responsible for a horrendous turnout at Quavo's Connecticut concert, one can only imagine how the Migos rapper will respond.
